Cob is a sustainable alternative to using bricks and motar. It’s made up of clay, sand and water and also incredibly cheap, if not free to make if you are resourceful enough. It’s fun too. A really great inexpensive alternative when you want to build your own Pizza Wood-fired Oven as a little project. Essentially the ideas is to create small cob bricks or balls which are slowly built up to create a dome. Pretty easy right? If you think you’d like to give it a try – why not?
